Everyone has been telling me to learn AI. But I think learning how to use AI products is useless, unless you need them right now.
Tools will get better, and you’ll get better results with less effort. You won’t have to debate with Claude over design or architecture, or write long system prompts to automate your workflow — AI will get better at knowing what you actually want. So putting deliberate effort into studying different techniques that work with today’s tools may be a waste of time, if not a complete one.
